WebGL Play and quality of life improvements

I made some quality of life changes to the game I enter into the Breckeys 2022.1 game jam these include

- Enemies turn white when behind black walls

- Its now only available on Web GL although I will try to make it more available in the future

- Fastest time is temporarily gone for the time being

- Adjusted some of the UI elements
